I have during my long career in the telecommunication Industry experience from technical management of many areas spanning from SW development to analysis from system and network evolution areas. Common for all these tasks was a focus on how to break down the most crucial technical complexities into manageable elements. I have been fascinated both by the opportunities given to those companies taking the right early decisions as well as the impact of wrong strategic decisions.
My experiences are both from the large organisation in  2  of the few big players in the traditional Telecommunication industries as well as in start-up companies in smaller environment.  My experiences are mainly from Scandinavia and Germany. But also, the management of global teams in US, different European countries, and India. More details to you can find in My background.
The last 9 years I have founded and built a new company SilverEngine (www.silverEngine.de) in Germany together with my founding partner.  2 years ago, we decided to start the process of establishing younger executive managers.  We wanted to support the future evolution of the company which is growing more and more exciting in a fast speed! For my personal life planning I decided to change my focus from the executive to the strategic support of our company. As one of the two major shareholders I will be dedicated to support the continued evolution of SilverEngine on a strategic level.
